Gloria Williamson, MS, RDN - Owner/Practitioner
|| Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (she/her)
Bio
Gloria’s background in pediatric nutrition brought her into family homes all over Los Angeles with many languages, cuisines, cultures and economic resources. She meets her clients exactly where they are and immerses herself in their experience of their own gender expression, neurodiversity, mental health, sensory sensitivity, body association and self-care skills. Gloria considers dance her spiritual home and gets a lot of joy out of being in a garden.
Gloria's Share: “I hate water. I rarely notice when I’m thirsty. If it were up to me, I would only drink coffee, tea and the occasional glass of wine. I would dry up into a sweet and shriveled version of myself… like a raisin.”

Sasha Silver, MS, RDN || Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (she, her)
Bio
Sasha’s food philosophy involves creating a symbiotic relationship with food. We are individuals, and our nutritional needs are unique. We feed, fuel, and manage our bodies differently. The goal is to connect, identify and build balanced nourishment AND pleasure with a compassionate and flexible attitude. With a background in child development, Sasha has a passion for working with young children and teens. Having struggled with her own relationship with food, Sasha has made it her mission to help others identify and develop intuitive eating practices through a non-diet, weight-inclusive, evidence-based nutritional approach. Sasha specializes in eating disorders (ARFID, AN, BN, BED, etc.) and disordered eating patterns. All foods can fit! EveryBODY is different and should be treated as such.
Sasha's Share: “I would call myself an adventurous eater! I will try just about anything! My most recent adventure: The Bug Bagel. Yes, it was a bagel with cream cheese, mealworms, crickets, and avocado. Delicious!”

Hadis Ghoghaie Schertzer MS, RDN (she/her)
Bio
Hadis’s journey into the field of nutrition began after her first career in fashion. While living in New York City, she decided to return to school to pursue her true passion—exploring the connections between nutrition science and psychology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis, which deepens her understanding of human behavior and continues to shape her client-centered approach. As a Registered Dietitian, she blends these disciplines to support each client’s unique healing process, honoring both the science of the body and the complexity of the mind.
Now rejoining the Your Life Nutrition team at the height of her career—as both a seasoned Nutritionist and a parent—Hadis has shifted her focus toward hormone-related changes and imbalances that have long been under-supported, including perimenopause, PCOS, and shifts in metabolism. She works at the intersection of nutrition and behavioral change, using therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients make lasting, values-driven changes. Her work is grounded in emphasizing health beyond weight and body size, while addressing the emotional, cultural, and behavioral patterns that influence eating and overall health.
Her approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and transparency, creating a space where clients feel truly heard and supported while finding their own autonomy. Hadis takes a deeply holistic approach with her clients to help identify behavioral patterns that best support clients in reshaping their relationship with food and their bodies in ways that feel sustainable and self-directed.
Hadis also supports clients who are using medications for their PCOS diagnosis, weight management or diabetes. She combines her knowledge of nutrition with her expertise in human behavior to guide clients through both the physical and psychological aspects of change. In this role, she helps manage potential side effects such as nausea, constipation, and nutrient deficiencies, while creating balanced nutrition plans that fit into each client’s lifestyle. She addresses concerns related to reduced food intake and uses behavioral strategies to ensure eating remains both nourishing and enjoyable.
With over a decade of experience in eating disorder recovery programs, Hadis offers steady guidance for individuals navigating complex layers of mental and physical health. She draws from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen self-compassion, and create meaningful routines that support long-term well-being.
As an Iranian American, Hadis brings a lived awareness of how culture and family shape one’s identity and behaviors. “Growing up as an outsider—looking different from the people around me in Texas, with a different cultural background—I’ve come to be deeply grateful for where I’m from and the family I grew up with. My parents were always about family involvement, and that value continues to guide my work today.”
Your Life Nutrition is honored to welcome Hadis back in this exciting new chapter of growth, outreach, and client-guided healing.
Hadis' Share: “I like to try all the new restaurants in Los Angeles!”

She brings experience from working at the inpatient level of care, supporting individuals through some of the most intensive stages of recovery. Sarah is passionate about creating a compassionate and inclusive space for healing, working with both adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.
Her work is grounded in the belief that nutrition should be weight-neutral, food-neutral, and accessible to all. She emphasizes the importance of honoring cultural foods and traditions, helping clients recognize that these foods are meaningful sources of connection and nourishment—not “bad” or something to be feared.
Sarah strives to meet each client where they’re at, recognizing that every person’s journey with food, body, and recovery is unique. Sarah’s goal is to help clients access more trust with their bodies, cultivate a peaceful relationship with food, and feel supported in discovering what nourishment and recovery mean for them.

"I love having convenience foods on hand. I either feel too overwhelmed by the idea of cooking or I don't have the energy, so having simple things to throw together and heat up is such a life saver!"
